If you ordered mulch and it did not arrive, or you did not receive the correct number of bags, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what the problem is. (If you purchased online, if you could forward us the email Order Confirmation, that will help.) We will reply to your email by the end of the next day.
If you ordered spreading, we will email you by this Tuesday to confirm the date (Saturday or Sunday). PLEASE NOTE that spreading crews begin around 8am and usually finish around 1pm. We are not able to give you a specific time when the crew will arrive at a particular address. Please know that, while we are an all-volunteer fundraising organization, we take our commitment to you very seriously.
We know you chose to buy mulch from us specifically to support our student athletes, and we promise to correct any errors or problems with your order within a few days following the Mulch Sale.
